Dogecoin Could Rise 50% If It Breaks Key Price Zone

Technical analysis suggests that Dogecoin is about to break out from an important price level near $0.26. This could lead to a price increase. This comes after a tough week for DOGE, where it dropped below support levels and lost the gains it made in January.

Dogecoin’s Potential for Growth

Crypto analyst Klejdi Cuni shared on TradingView that Dogecoin is moving past a strong price zone, which could open the door for higher prices. Between February 5 and 10, DOGE was stuck in a price range between $0.23 and $0.26. However, it recently broke above this range, which is a good sign for price increases.

This price zone formed after DOGE dropped below $0.22 between February 1 and 3, which was the lowest point for the coin since November 2024. After this drop, the price recovered briefly before consolidating in the $0.23 to $0.26 range.

What Happens Next for Dogecoin?

Cuni pointed out that while the price broke above this key level, it doesn’t mean that a big price jump will happen immediately. There may be a short pause as investors wait for news from the U.S. Federal Reserve that could impact the market.

Short-Term Price Predictions

Cuni set short-term price targets at $0.286, $0.311, and $0.335. If Dogecoin breaks through these levels quickly, it could continue to rise above $0.335. However, these targets are based on the recent price drop in February. Dogecoin was above these targets in January, but now, after the recent decline, these targets are more realistic.

Even though there isn't strong upward momentum right now, Dogecoin hasn’t entered a full bear market. Many investors are waiting for signs of strength before making their next move

Long-Term Outlook

For long-term growth, many still believe that Dogecoin could eventually reach $2 if it can stay above the strong support level of $0.20.
